These draft terms describe the basic conditions for purchasing and using a Funding Perpetuals paper-trading challenge.

Challenge Purchase

Challenge fees purchase access to a simulated trading evaluation. They are not deposits, investments, or balances available for withdrawal. Access is issued after successful payment verification.

Account Use

Accounts are personal, non-transferable, and subject to the challenge rules shown at purchase. Fraud, payment abuse, identity misrepresentation, or attempts to manipulate the simulated trading environment may result in suspension or closure.

Refunds and Disputes

Refund eligibility, dispute handling, and any applicable cooling-off rights will be specified in the final policy. Contact support before initiating a payment dispute so we can review the order.
