Company Information

FundingPerpetuals.com is owned and operated by Funding Predicts Holdings, Inc., d/b/a Funding Perpetuals, a corporation incorporated under the laws of the State of Delaware, located in the United States ("Funding Perpetuals," "the Company," "we," "us," or "our"). Funding Perpetuals provides access to simulated perpetual futures contract evaluation and funded accounts intended for skill demonstration and performance-evaluation purposes only.

Simulated Environment - No Real Capital, No Live Trading

All accounts offered through Funding Perpetuals, including both Evaluation Accounts and Simulated Funded Accounts, operate exclusively within a simulated, non-executing environment. No program offered by Funding Perpetuals involves the deposit, use, or risk of real capital, and no participant is ever asked to fund a live trading account through Funding Perpetuals. Funding Perpetuals does not currently offer, and makes no representation that it will in the future offer, any pathway to trading with real capital or to a live funded account. Should a participant separately choose to trade real-money perpetual futures contracts or other derivative instruments on any third-party platform, that activity occurs entirely outside the scope of Funding Perpetuals and is not facilitated, brokered, or in any way enabled by Funding Perpetuals.

Reference Pricing - No Affiliation with Referenced Exchanges

Simulated pricing and settlement within Funding Perpetuals' Evaluation and Simulated Funded Accounts are modeled by reference to publicly available data from third-party exchanges, including Hyperliquid, Binance, and Bybit, depending on the instrument being simulated. Funding Perpetuals is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or otherwise connected to Hyperliquid, Binance, Bybit, or their respective operators. References to these platforms exist solely to approximate realistic simulated market conditions; Funding Perpetuals' simulated accounts are not connected to, and do not interact with, any real account, order book, or funds on Hyperliquid, Binance, Bybit, or any other exchange.

Permitted Instrument Categories

Participants may simulate trading perpetual futures contracts across the following categories: (i) cryptocurrencies; (ii) indices; (iii) foreign exchange (FX); (iv) stocks; and (v) commodities. Funding Perpetuals reserves the right to modify, add, or remove available categories at its sole discretion and without notice.

Simulated Evaluation and Funded Environment Purpose and Limitations

Funding Perpetuals' Evaluation and Simulated Funded Account programs are conducted entirely through demo accounts within a simulated, non-executing environment. These accounts do not involve the entry of orders or execution of actual trades in any live market, and do not expose participants to true market conditions such as slippage, execution latency, funding rate fluctuations, liquidation dynamics, capital constraints, or the psychological pressures of live trading. While Funding Perpetuals' simulated environment is designed to approximate real market conditions as closely as reasonably practicable, it does not constitute participation in an actual live market, and all gains and losses produced within it are hypothetical only.

Evaluation Difficulty and Program Rigor

Funding Perpetuals' evaluation process is designed to be challenging and to mirror, to the extent possible in a simulated setting, the strategic and psychological experience of live trading. Success in Funding Perpetuals' programs is uncommon and requires discipline and sound risk management; even participants with substantial market experience may find the objectives difficult to meet. Funding Perpetuals' programs are not intended for persons with minimal trading knowledge or a limited understanding of perpetual futures contracts or other derivative instruments.

Hypothetical Performance Disclosure (CFTC Rule 4.41)

HYPOTHETICAL OR SIMULATED PERFORMANCE RESULTS HAVE CERTAIN INHERENT LIMITATIONS. UNLIKE AN ACTUAL PERFORMANCE RECORD, SIMULATED RESULTS DO NOT REPRESENT ACTUAL TRADING. ALSO, SINCE THE TRADES HAVE NOT ACTUALLY BEEN EXECUTED, THE RESULTS MAY HAVE UNDER- OR OVER-COMPENSATED FOR THE IMPACT, IF ANY, OF CERTAIN MARKET FACTORS, SUCH AS LACK OF LIQUIDITY. SIMULATED TRADING PROGRAMS IN GENERAL ARE ALSO SUBJECT TO THE FACT THAT THEY ARE DESIGNED WITH THE BENEFIT OF HINDSIGHT. NO REPRESENTATION IS BEING MADE THAT ANY ACCOUNT WILL OR IS LIKELY TO ACHIEVE PROFITS OR LOSSES SIMILAR TO THOSE SHOWN.

Risk Warning

Trading perpetual futures contracts, whether based on cryptocurrencies, indices, foreign exchange, stocks, or commodities, involves a substantial risk of loss and is not appropriate for every person. Nothing in any Funding Perpetuals program should be used by a participant in deciding whether to trade real-money perpetual futures contracts, securities, or any other financial instrument with their own capital. Trading decisions made within Funding Perpetuals' simulated environment are entirely those of the participant and not of Funding Perpetuals, its employees, principals, or affiliates.

Monitoring for Simulated Trading Abuse and Program Integrity

Funding Perpetuals actively monitors activity within its Evaluation and Simulated Funded Accounts for conduct that may violate program rules, constitute system exploitation, or otherwise be inconsistent with the intent of the program. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation, latency-based exploitation, position sizing inconsistent with realistic trading norms, and circumvention of platform risk parameters. Funding Perpetuals reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to void simulated gains, disqualify results, suspend or terminate access, and permanently bar a participant from current or future programs. All such actions are final and not subject to appeal.

Testimonials and other user-submitted commentary displayed by Funding Perpetuals reflect the personal opinions and experiences of the individuals involved, are not necessarily typical of other participants, and are not a guarantee of future results or program success.

No Investment Advice, Solicitation, or Employment Offer

Funding Perpetuals does not provide investment, trading, tax, legal, or financial advice. Participation in any Funding Perpetuals program does not constitute an offer to buy or a solicitation of an offer to sell any financial product, security, or derivative instrument, and does not constitute an offer of employment or any entitlement to compensation beyond the stated terms of the applicable program.

Evaluation fees paid to Funding Perpetuals are non-refundable, except that a participant who has not placed any simulated trade on their Evaluation Account may request a refund. See Funding Perpetuals' Terms of Use for the applicable process and timeframe.
